Our Active Kids programs help improve their fitness, posture, confidence and well being

The Australian Physical Activity Guidelines highlight the importance of children of all ages being physically active. This includes doing some moderate to vigorous exercise, strengthening exercises and limiting screen/sitting time – all important habits to carry through into their adult life.

The aim of all our Active Kids programs is to help your children develop a positive relationship with exercise (based on evidence rather than a social media feed), make exercise a fun and ensure they are exercising correctly to avoid injury and maximise their outcomes.

All our trainers are police checked, have experience working with children and many have children of their own. We deliver all of our studio based ‘Active Kids’ programs in a supervised personal training format to provide your kids with the best level of care and attention.

Some typical scenarios where we currently work with children are –

  • Children who ‘share’ the PT session with one of their parent – a great way to spend time together doing something good for you both
  • Children who need a study break – exercise has proven benefits for brain health
  • Children who need help to improve their coordination or posture
  • Children looking to improve specific aspects of their fitness to suit the demands of their sport
  • Children who need to rehabilitate a sporting injury

We can provide exercise clinics for your school, sporting club or organisation

These sessions are typically delivered in a group format at your venue and can be customised to your needs. We can also provide dietary presentations suitable for school age groups such as general healthy eating or specific sports nutrition for team sports.
