I have completed a Certificate IV in Fitness and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) and I am currently studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). I played footy for about 15 years and I have always enjoyed running. My running highlight to date is completing the 2017 London Marathon. I have also dabbled in a few triathlons and cycling events. I believe I work well with clients of all levels and experiences. I have a particular interest in rehabilitation and the role exercise has on longevity and ‘health span’ (living longer in good health). Consistency is key!
