After ten years spent as a touring musician, I found myself overweight and unhappy. The birth of my son was the push I needed to take control of my health and as I did that, developed a love of running, returned to netball and started training as a client at Life PT whilst studying my Certificate III and IV in Fitness. I have met and worked with so many different people from all walks of life over the years which has helped me to be able to communicate effectively and meet people where they are at. I love to get to understand how different people learn and how I might best help them achieve their goals.
